Barbara Schädler is Head of Group Communications and a member of the Enlarged Corporate Executive Committee of F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, based in Basel.  Before joining Roche in October 2019, she was Head of Communications and Public Affairs at E.ON SE. Barbara Schädler's further career milestones as communications/ marketing manager included positions at Lufthansa, SAP and the German Federal Ministry of Finance as well as E.ON SE. She holds a Master's degree in economics from Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz.
