Irene Fischbach is Head of Corporate Communication at la Mobilière. She has many years of management experience in various communication functions in the Swiss insurance and energy sector. Most recently she managed communications and stakeholder relations of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) from Singapore. Prior to this she was in charge of corporate communications at transmission system operator Swissgrid and responsible at Swiss Life for the marketing and communications activities of the international division as well as the media relations and internal communication of the Group and the Swiss business. She laid the foundation for her professional career in various communication functions at Zurich Insurance Group. Irene studied law at the Universities of Geneva and Zurich, where she graduated. She completed an Executive Master of Science in Communications Management at USI Università della Svizzera italiana alongside her job and a Master in Public Administration at the National University of Singapore.
