Martin Nellen has headed the Communication & Media division at the Federation of Migros Cooperatives since mid-2020. In this role, he and his team are responsible for media relations, internal communication and publication for Migros as well as the company's marketing measures. Before joining Migros, he worked as the Head of Corporate Communication at Suva in Lucerne from 2018 to 2020 and as the Head of Corporate Communications and Brand Management at the Helvetia Group in St. Gallen from 2007 to 2017. Between 1994 and 2007, he held various positions at Credit Suisse and the Swiss Volksbank. He studied Economics, Politics, Media Science and Sociology at the University of Bern.
