Martin Schweikert (48) studied law and European law at the Universities of Zurich and Vienna. Moreover he hold an Executive Master in Communication Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. After his studies Martin Schweikert worked over 10 years in communication consulting. During this time he worked for several companies in the technology and industrial sectors as well as for associations. In 2005, he moved to Swisscom on the corporate side. There he was responsible for marketing and corporate communications for the rapidly growing information technology division of Swisscom.
Since 2013 Martin Schweikert is responsible in the areas of corporate communications, brand management and public affairs at BKW AG.
