Hein is the leader of the Intelligence practice within Group Communications at Roche. His team is responsible for making data actionable. They deliver valuable insights to communicators in order to improve communications effectiveness, ensure resources are aligned to the highest impact activities, and to safeguard and advance Roche’s reputation. Roche’s Intelligence team is fully integrated across channels and data sources - blending traditional with digital media, and enriching data sets with research to provide a complete picture of our operating environment. With over a decade of experience in digital strategy, and a profound expertise in leveraging data for performance insights, Hein has consistently delivered remarkable results. Notably, he previously held the position of Head of Intelligence at Ogilvy Social.Lab before successfully establishing and nurturing the Intelligence capability within Roche
