Kai Rolker ist seit 2014 Head of Group Communications bei Clariant International Ltd., einem weltweit führenden, börsenkotierten Spezialchemieunternehmen. Er ist zuständig für alle Kommunikationsaktivitäten weltweit. Dazu gehören Branding, Online Communications, Marketing Communications, Strategic Communications, Media Relations, Internal Communications sowie Regional Communications. Zuvor war Kai Rolker Director Marketing Communications bei Synthes (Medizintechnik). Er hat in Berlin Philosophie und Alte Geschichte studiert und 2002 in Tübingen promoviert. Ausserdem hat ein MAS Studium in Communication Management an der HSW Luzern absolviert.
